All tours are subject to minimum numbers, weather conditions, operational requirements, and other unforeseen circumstances, and so may be cancelled or amended at the discretion of the operator.
Depending on weather and sea conditions, marine mammal activity, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to alter or cancel the cruise route or destination to ensure guest safety, comfort, and the best possible experience on the day. Times may also need to be changed due to tidal changes.
Once a tour has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for itinerary changes, delays, interruptions, or shortened experiences resulting from weather, wildlife activity, guest safety, medical situations, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Cancel 48 hours prior to the cruise timing - no fee.
- Cancel between 24 & 48 hours prior to the cruise timing - 50% fee.
- Cancel within 24 hours prior to the cruise timing - 100% fee.
- In the event that we cancel due to weather conditions the guest will be offered a full refund or an alternative day.
The company will offer alternative days or refunds in the event of cancellations.
