Each morning a full hot and continental buffet breakfast will be available including eggs, bacon, house beans, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh fruit, yoghurt & granola cups, toast & spreads. This offering will be supplemented by chef's specials which may include eggs benedict with salmon or ham, smashed avocado on sourdough or coconut and cinnamon French toast.
Enjoy a light lunch from our fresh buffet overlooking the stunning Whitsunday Islands including fresh salads, cured & house roasted cold meats, Queensland tiger prawns, cheeses, with fresh wraps and rolls. More substantial lunch offerings will also be available and may include slow roasted Italian lamb shoulder, oven roasted tandoori chicken or lime and cracked pepper grilled king prawns.
Our onboard chef will prepare a variety of dishes for you to enjoy across three courses, showcasing their skills with a special cooking demonstration for an interactive dining experience.
As well as a large selection of sides, salads and trimmings you could be treated to:
- Starters - mini blue swimmer crab bao bun, caprese skewers or fresh seafood chowder
- Mains – house roasted rib fillet, locally caught whole coral trout, sumac spiced butternut risotto, sweet soy and sesame crusted salmon fillet, tomato or basil braised beef cheek,
- Dessert - dark chocolate and orange mousse cups, house baked apple crumble, chocolate raspberry fondants or baileys tiramisu
